The R66C1 series of 6-pair protected terminal blocks features a quick-clip (Fig. 1) field that permits one conductor of a feeder cable to be terminated with up to three distribution wires per feeder line. Fanning strips on both sides of the block aid in good housekeeping. This series has expandable protection capacity by stacking units to provide 12, 18, and 24 or more pairs of protected terminals. The R66C3 series incorporates 6-pair blocks into an expandable system of indoor station protectors by placing them in two sizes of enclosures, up to 24-pair This series may be ordered fully loaded or with as few as one protected block allowing for system expansion as needed. These blocks are protected with gas, carbon, or solid-state arresters. Arresters, blocks, and enclosures (accessed using a 216-type tool) are UL Listed.
